Refund Policy

Deposits

All projects require a deposit upon signing of the project proposal. Deposits are used to secure your place in our project schedule and to cover initial material orders. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or project scheduling has begun.

Project Cancellations

If a project is cancelled by the client before materials are ordered and before work has commenced, a full refund of the deposit will be issued within 14 business days. If cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered, the cost of those materials will be deducted from any refund issued.

Completed Work

ARC Accents does not offer refunds on completed installations. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the finished work please contact us directly at hello@arcaccents.com and we will make it right under our 90 day workmanship guarantee outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Material Orders

Custom materials ordered specifically for your project are non-refundable as they cannot be returned to suppliers once ordered. This will always be communicated clearly in your project proposal before you sign.
