Use of This Website

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use this website to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.

 

Services

ARC Accents provides custom finish carpentry and architectural accent installation services including but not limited to accent walls, wainscoting, moulding and trim, ceiling accents, faux ceiling beams, and built-in finish carpentry. All services are subject to a separate written proposal and agreement between ARC Accents and the client prior to commencement of work.

 

Quotes and Proposals

All quotes and project proposals provided by ARC Accents are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. A signed proposal and deposit payment are required before any project will be scheduled or commenced. Quotes are based on information provided at the time of consultation and may be subject to adjustment if project scope or site conditions change.

 

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in each individual project proposal. Generally a deposit is required upon signing, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. ARC Accents reserves the right to pause or discontinue work on any project where payment terms are not met. All payments are due in full before final project sign-off.

 

Changes and Cancellations

Any changes to an approved project scope must be submitted in writing and agreed upon by both parties before additional work is performed. Changes may affect project timeline and total cost. Cancellations made after a deposit has been received may result in forfeiture of some or all of the deposit depending on materials ordered and work already performed.

 

Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

ARC Accents stands behind the quality of every installation. We offer a workmanship warranty on all completed projects. If any defect in workmanship is identified within 90 days of project completion we will return to assess and correct the issue at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, structural movement, or modifications made by third parties after installation. Material warranties are subject to the terms of the individual manufacturer.

All content on this website including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements are the property of ARC Accents and Alpine Resin Company LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

Project Photography

ARC Accents reserves the right to photograph completed installations for use in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials. Client names and identifying information will not be used without explicit written consent. If you prefer that your project not be photographed please notify us in writing prior to project commencement.

 

Limitation of Liability

ARC Accents will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from services rendered beyond the direct cost of the project in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control including supplier delays, weather, or site conditions created by third parties.

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services rendered by ARC Accents shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Utah County, Utah.

 

Changes to These Terms

ARC Accents reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of this website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
